The Commission for Air Quality Management has enforced Stage-IV (Severe+) GRAP actions from November 18 due to deteriorating air quality. Delhi CM Atishi announced that all schools will shift to online classes, except for Classes 10 and 12. Emergency measures like college closures and an odd-even vehicle rule are under consideration.
