A shocking incident in Houston involved 20-year-old Karon Fisher, reportedly transgender, hitting 64-year-old Steven Anderson with her car while he collected mail. After striking him twice, Fisher stabbed him nine times, kissed him, and fled. Arrested and charged with murder, she was also on community supervision for a previous offense. Fisher's court appearance is scheduled for May 24.
