Three US troops were killed and over two dozen service members were injured in a drone attack on a small US outpost in Jordan. The attack was carried out by radical Iran-backed militant groups operating in Syria and Iraq, said US president joe Biden. The outpost, known as Tower 22, is located near the Syrian border.
